Meditation and Brain Injuries

There is research still to be conducted on the benefits of meditation in regards to improving various cognitive deficits, such as attention. However, there is research suggesting that meditating 10-20minutes a day can assist with improving mood, manage stress, and more holistically, help those with neurological conditions improve their quality of life.
