Pilates is a form of exercise, created by Joseph Pilates, that focuses on using the body and various types of equipment to improve your strength, coordination, and flexibility. Pilates was created to meet the needs of the individual.  Stay Great offers just that! We offer 1:1, duet style, and small classes to ensure you get your specific needs met. We focus on movement education and awareness, giving you the tools you need to help your body perform optimally. ​​​​​
